Transitions

We end 2019 on the theme of transitions. They can be hard, especially when unplanned and unwelcome, but they always offer the opportunity to grow. In the space between discovery and response lies our real work. While we cannot control outcome, we can transition thoughtfully, steering our boat as best we can, rather than allowing ourselves to be swept away by the emotions that rise up during change.
