Hair!

I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy, snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty, oily, greasy, fleecy, shining, gleaming, streaming, flaxen, waxen, knotted, polka-dotted, twisted, beaded, braided, powdered, flowered, and confettied, bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied! --from the musical "Hair"

Diane and Linda-Marie have always rocked different hair styles, just as they’ve rocked different hair. Diane’s is wavy, Linda-Marie’s curly. Diane changes her length from short to long to short again. Linda-Marie, on the advice of hair stylists everywhere, stays long. They’ve experimented with perms, dyes, blowdryers, straighteners, and curling irons. The results were, especially in Linda-Marie’s case, reminiscent of the Bee Gees circa 1980. Now they’re dealing with hair at midlife: the greys, the frizzies, and the dreaded thinning. They love their hair, and sometimes they don’t, but they’re glad they have hair! In September they share their relationship with hair. We hope you can laugh and relate.
